During the past week, Pierre Semudenge shared his attitude as well as his viewpoint on how to keep young athletes active with their sport. Via social media platforms, Pierre appealed to the support of parents with a football player at home. His message has been to continue to encourage young athletes to progressively work on their craft, especially now!
Here are his instructions for this week's football drill: the Croquetas. Work with a distance of approximately 10 meters. Use the Tabata Stopwatch for interval training. As to the time setting he recommends to set the Exercise Interval on 35 seconds and the Rest Interval on 10 seconds. Accordingly, put the Number of Sets on 8 sets. Repeat this training for 5 Cycles. While you are already training, challenge yourself to perform Sit-ups for 45 seconds between each Cycle. You can be what you want to be. But it takes much time, focus, and training!
